The founder of Maxcon, Mr. James Nie started the business in Shenzhen
after graduating from Shanghai Tongji University Architecture Department.
He immigrated to Melbourne Australia in 1996. Over 20 years James is engaged to the enterprise of residential architecture and interior design. Traveling between China and Australia, he linked with leading Australian architects and interior design agencies. Consequently,
Maxcon Housing (Australia) Pty. Ltd. was established to service Chinese mainland customers,
with his network of architects and designers from Australia.
